Episode 58: The Power of Visualization

Have you ever felt so strongly about the possibility of something, you could see it before it happened?

Or maybe you’ve found a way to visualize a hope, a dream, a goal, a scenario, troubleshooting potential setbacks and ultimately achieving it?

After an inspiring conversation on last week’s episode with Paul T Neustrom, I wanted to expand more on how impactful a practice of visualization can be.

From launching my business, writing my book, starting my podcasts, and speaking at events around the world, to parenting, reworking our daily routines, and volunteering at church and school, I believe visualizing the smallest task to the biggest goal is hugely beneficial in making it happen!

Highlights:

(5:39) Visualize like an Olympic athlete

(11:27) Morning routines

(21:35) Setting boundaries

(26:11) Helping your future self

(31:10) Expect the unexpected

(37:43) Commit to the vision
